I am a UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist and have been running my own private practice since 2005.
My original training was at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, where I gained an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy in 2008. I subsequently trained in Biodynamic Massage at the London School of Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy (LSBP), where I am in the advanced stages of a four year diploma training in Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy.
After many different courses of study, I have been drawn to a body/ mind/ energy approach to therapy as being the most effective way to achieve independent wellbeing.
I have experience working both in the NHS and in private practice, and in a variety of charities in Brighton and Hove and Sussex.
I abide by the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice of UKCP ( United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy), IATE ( Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education) and ABMT (Association of Biodynamic Massage Therapists). I am a member of CNHC (Complementary and Natural Health Care Council).
